Good Quality Steaks

Today I talk to my friend on the phone and he ask me if I want to buy steaks for the holidays. I said sure if quality is great why not. We are planning to have gathering here on either thanks giving or christmas. So I told my friend I want to order some USDA prime bone -in ribeye steak and kobe beef . According to my cousin from Japan those kind of beef are world's famous. I have not tried it yet but I'm sure it has a great quality. I am very particular of the brand because I heard on the news today that some of the meat in store are found not safe to eat. So I make sure I only choose the good ones.

I thought of having a good food is the best way to entertain your guests. Steaks are every body's favorite so why not stuffed them with good quality steaks. And maybe some good wine would be great too and with some dessert would make a perfect dinner. I'm sure all of our guests will like the food that we will serve to them. Some of our guests are my husband's co-workers, one of them is his boss and this will be my first time to meet them. So I thought of preparing good steaks for dinner is one way to impress them.
