Can't Set It Up

When I hosted this blog I decided to open a new paypal account intended just for this since I monetized it. I have a separate paypal account for my other blog also and I already linked a bank account on that one. But yesterday I check on my new paypal account and I was fixing to add a bank account to make it easier to transfer funds but I wasn't able to. They couldn't link my bank account for some reason I don't know why. I just want to use the same bank account the one that I am using on my other account. I tried it many times after I enter the routing number it will say invalid. I don't have this trouble before when I set up my bank account on my first paypal account. Maybe its not possible to use the same bank account on two different paypal accounts? How come I can't set it up? Anyone can help me here?
